Your First Visit

Your first appointment starts with a comprehensive oral health evaluation and an exam. We will review your dental and medical history and potentially take X-rays if necessary. Your dentist will address your concerns and develop a customized treatment plan based on your needs and goals.

What to bring to your first appointment:

• Completed new patient forms
• Any previous dental X-rays (or have your previous dentist send them)
• A valid photo ID
• A list of medications and medical history
• Your dental insurance card (if applicable)

Dental Insurance and Financing

We accept dental insurance and are happy to file a claim with your provider for you. However, coverage can be limited, and cosmetic services are often excluded. Our dental membership plan offers discounts on most preventative, restorative, and cosmetic services, without the limitations of traditional insurance.
