Composite Fillings

While restorative, the composite resin material used in our fillings is a great step up from old-school metal amalgam fillings. Composite resin can be shaded to match the color of your tooth so that nobody even needs to know you have had a filling put in place!

Bonding

Using the same material used in fillings, composite resin is perfect for correcting a tooth that has a minor chip or cracks, is slightly misshapen, or is not uniform in length with your other teeth. Your dentist will use composite resin and match it to the desired color, then shape it as needed before applying it to the tooth. Once applied to the tooth, it can conceal a chip or crack or be shaped to correct the appearance of a misshapen tooth. Once applied, it is bonded to the tooth for a long-lasting cosmetic solution.

Porcelain Veneers

Once thought only to be available to the celebrity rich and famous, porcelain veneers are a popular cosmetic option that can conceal several dental abnormalities. Discolored teeth, gapped teeth, slightly misaligned teeth, misshapen teeth – these are all things that a porcelain veneer can hide. A veneer is a very thin porcelain shell applied to the tooth’s front surface. It is colored and shaped to blend in with your smile. After removing a thin layer of enamel, your dentist will apply the veneer to the surface of your tooth. You may choose a single veneer or a set, depending on your dental needs.
